Ordering
Doyou only sell badges to Canada?
Yes! We proudly sell badges to Canadian businesses and organization only!
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum for standard badge featured on the website. We might request a minimum quantity for customized badges not listed on the website.
CanI reorder the same name (s) /design (s) later?
Absolutely. Your order will be saved so just refer to your previous order number or company/logo so we can look up your previous order (s). You will still need to approve your proof again before we proceed with production.
Production
Design Process.
Badges Canada will request a logo/design with reasonable quality and resolution to assure a quality printing of your badge. We might be unable to proof it your badge if the submitted file is not suitable for production. Also, depending on the shape of your logo/design and the amount of information you’d like to add to your badge, we will suggest a different shape and badge color to guarantee the best outcome of your order.
WillI get a digital proof before production?
Absolutely! All our orders comes with a digital proof so you can proofread and check your design before we proceed with production. You may require changes and receive another proof without charges, however once we received your approval to proceed, your order will move forward to production and any changes after that will require a new order.
Do you offer rush production?
All our orders are quickly produced and shipped and we will work hard to have your order shipped as fast as possible, however we won’t be able to control shipping time, unless you choose expedited shipping during your cart processing. Production time will be the same but depending on the shipping method you picked, the carrier will expedite your delivery.
Do you guarantee color matching? Can you print Pantone colors? Do you have white imprint?
Due to the nature of our printing process, we cannot guarantee color or Pantone matching. We will closest match your colors to the digital proof provided. Also, we do not print white ink, so if that’s required for your design, we will suggest a white color background material so we can adjust your design accordingly.
Miscellaneous
What if there is an issue with my order?
Our goal is to for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase, however, if you encounter any issues with your order, please reach out to us. Include a photo and a brief description of the problem, and contact us within 1 week of receiving your order.
If we confirm that an error was made, we will either reprint or refund your order, which will have to be the same originally design (s) and name (s) ordered.
What’s your return/refund policy?

Can you produce badges for any logo (s) / design (s)?
No! Due to the copyright laws, we will only produce badges for customers that somehow connected with the logo (s) / design (s) orders they are submitting. We have right to refuse any orders or request additional information to proof the ownership or business connection with a particular logo or brand.
Why I don’t see additional savings when I order multiple badges?
Our process and model is designed to provide individually customized quality badges to all types of business and organizations so we treat every order and badge as a single order. We do provide savings for orders of 50+ badges with the same logo/design – please use our custom form to request a quote for a bulk order.
My order is running late.
Badges Canada will work judiciously to produce and ship your badges as fast as possible. Once your order is under the carrier’s possession, we can’t control when your order will be delivered; we will monitor each order using the carrier’s tracking information available. If, for some reason, the carrier fails to deliver your order within reasonable time, we will work with you to produce and deliver a new order as soon as possible.
