Refund policy

At Badges Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality custom badges and ensuring customer satisfaction. Since each order is custom-made, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where you no longer want the item, ordered the wrong size, or prefer a different product.

Quality Issues & Defective Badges

If you receive a defective badge, we will reproduce it after verifying the issue. To initiate a claim, please:

  • Contact us within 1 week of delivery. Please email info@badgescanada.ca or call +1 (888) 674-5190.
  • Provide us with your order number and a photograph that clearly indicates the problem.
  • If we confirm an error on our part, we will reproduce or refund your order using the original production time and shipping method.

Policy Exclusions

Our policy does not cover:

  • Delivery delays that are caused by the courier, as delivery dates are only estimates.
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.
  • Refused deliveries or failed delivery attempts.
  • Damages or delays during transit.
  • Production delays caused by awaiting customer-provided information (e.g., updated artwork, Tax ID, shipping details).
